DKEC is a continuation of an educational vocation, which started in Tripoli in 1941 with an ongoing motto: Patriotism, education, and character, our nation's pride. The founders had dwelt, from the very start, on providing a healthy educational environment and dealt with administrators, teachers, employees, students, and parents, without any prejudice to political ideologies, religious beliefs, social status, or geographical regionsOur pedagogic philosophy was based on the fact that every student merits the opportunity to further his or her studies, regardless of learning weaknesses because it is the duty of a professional school to contain these weaknesses and to help disadvantageous students to be assimilated in the educational system.This is why this school has opened its doors to anyone seeking a decent education, and it became, with excellence, an educational oasis open to all.
